  • Wipe down kitchen counters & appliances, dishes as needed.

  • Wipe down bathroom counters & sinks, clean toilets, showers & tubs.

  • Wipe down and sanitize all surfaces and high touch points.

  • Vacuum & mop all floors.

  • Remove all garbage.

  • Put out welcome baskets, stage & prep any other details for renters as the property requires.

Regular Residential & Commercial Cleaning also available

Deep Cleans

All the typical cleaning items plus

  • Baseboards & windowsills

  • Full clean of kitchen appliances

  • Bathroom & Kitchen Cupboards

    Pricing from $199, or pick and choose individual items to be added to a regular clean from $25 per item
